About the Service
Customer Conversations is an AI-powered customer intelligence service. We conduct and support AI-powered voice interviews with customers on behalf of consumer brands, then turn those conversations into transcripts, themes, summaries, and customer intelligence outputs for the participating brand. By participating in an interview or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Program Description
- An AI-powered phone call from our interviewer, Sam, to conduct a 10–15 minute customer feedback conversation.
- SMS text messages related to your interview, including scheduling confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages.
Consent and Opt-In
By submitting your phone number on our landing pages, you expressly consent to receiving an AI-powered voice call that may be recorded and analyzed, along with SMS text messages from Customer Conversations at the number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may withdraw it at any time.
SMS Text Messaging Terms
- Program name: Customer Conversations Interview Notifications
- Message types: Scheduling confirmations, call reminders, and follow-up messages
- Message frequency: Varies, typically 1–3 messages per interview session
- Message and data rates may apply
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any message

AI Voice Interviews
- You are speaking with an AI system, not a human.
- Your conversation may be recorded, transcribed, analyzed, and summarized.
- Outputs may be shared with the brand client on whose behalf the interview is conducted.
- The service is for customer intelligence and feedback collection, not telemarketing.
- You may end the call at any time.
Your Responsibilities
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- The phone number you provide is yours and you are authorized to receive calls and texts at that number.
- The information you provide during the interview is truthful and voluntary.
Interview Incentives, Intellectual Property, and Liability
If an incentive is offered in connection with your interview, it will be delivered after completion as described in the original invitation. By participating, you grant Customer Conversations and the brand client on whose behalf the interview is conducted a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, analyze, summarize, and incorporate your feedback into customer intelligence outputs and related internal business uses.
Customer Conversations provides this service "as is" and "as available." We are not responsible for the products, services, offers, or actions of the brand clients on whose behalf interviews are conducted, or for business decisions they make based on interview outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
Privacy and Changes
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will post the updated version here with a revised date.
