Frequently asked questions
Will my customers actually talk to an AI?
Our agents always disclose they are AI up front. We are finding that while some are resistant, the majority are willing to engage with an AI interview thoughtfully, especially for an incentive. In fact, most customers end up being more candid with AI, as there's so much less social pressure or fear of hurting feelings.
We already run NPS and surveys.
NPS and surveys tell you what your customers rate you — Customer Conversations tells you why they feel that way. The two are complementary: surveys give you the numbers, we give you the narrative behind those numbers. Most of our clients use both.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically 1–2 business days. You'll share your Klaviyo API access and tell us about your brand and intelligence goals. We handle the rest — building your custom interview agent, setting up the integration, and testing a live call with your team before your first campaign goes out.
Is the data secure?
Yes. All conversation data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your customers' data is stored with SOC 2-compliant infrastructure. We never share your data with other clients, and you retain full ownership of all recordings and transcripts.
Can we customize what the interviewer asks?
Absolutely. During onboarding you'll define your intelligence goals — churn reasons, product feedback, competitive mentions, etc. — and we'll configure your custom interview agent accordingly. You can also adjust focus areas each month as your needs evolve.
