We share your information only with the brand client on whose behalf the interview was conducted, trusted service providers that operate the service on our behalf, and when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
AI-Powered Interviews and SMS
Our interviews are conducted by an AI voice agent, not a human. Your conversation may be recorded, transcribed, analyzed, and summarized for customer intelligence purposes. By requesting a call or participating in an interview, you consent to interacting with an AI system and to this processing.
By providing your phone number, you also consent to receive SMS text messages related to the interview. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email support@customerconversations.co.
Data Retention and Security
We retain interview data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill obligations to our brand clients, operate the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
